Online Pay Stub Viewer for Direct Deposit

Starting in January 2024, direct deposit pay stubs will be available via LACOE’s District Applications Portal under the “My Documents” application tile. This new safe and secure employee self-service process will provide immediate online access to direct deposit pay stubs, as well as 12 months of data storage. To access the LACOE portal, you must use your Lennox Google account login information. Once logged in, you can view and/or print your pay stubs.

The electronic direct deposit pay stubs will look the same as printed copies and will still include all essential information currently displayed.

Since employees will now be able to access pay stubs online, direct deposit stubs will no longer be sent in the interoffice mail or mailed out.

Those who receive physical checks will continue with the same current process and those statements will not be viewable online.

Please follow the steps below to view and download your electronic Direct Deposit Pay Stubs

1. Go to https://districtbusinessportal.lacoe.edu/

2. Agree to access the District Application Portal

3. Select Google and use your @lennoxk12.org email address to log on. You will be asked to create a password

4. Once logged on select the myDocuments image to access your pay stubs from the dashboard

5. The Home screen will open

6. Click on Pay Stubs in the blue column to view and download pay stubs
