Maintenance and Facilities provides a safe environment for students and a safe workplace for school employees, through inspection, maintenance and repair of District buildings and grounds. While working constantly to meet the needs of our students and staff, the department must also meet local, state and federal mandates.

Maintenance and Facilities serves all school sites, the District Office, and Warehouse.

Lennox School District requires General Contractors and Subcontractors to be prequalified on all Bond Construction Contracts. Lennox School District also requires pre-qualification on all CUPCCAA Construction Contracts.

To become prequalified, applications must be submitted to PQBids.com. PQBids is an easy-to-use web-based application that streamlines the new Department of Industrial Relations pre-qualification process.
