Nellie Ríos-Parra - Director
Nellie Ríos-Parra is the Director of the Lennox State Preschool Program. She has dedicated over ten years to the children and families of the Lennox School District. She is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the California Association for the Education of Young Children. Mrs. Ríos-Parra holds two masters degrees from UCLA in the areas of Curriculum and Administration. She holds Administrative , Multiple-subject and Bilingual-Bicultural teaching credentials. She studied at UC Berkeley and double majored in Psychology and Spanish Literature. She serves as a board member for Youth Development Programs. She is committed to creating a safe learning environment for children and helping families reach their academic dreams for their children.
Diana Hechinger - Staff Developer
Diana Hechinger has served the Lennox School District for 18 years. She is currently assigned to the role of State Preschool Staff Developer . She's a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the California Association for the Education of Young Children. Mrs. Hechinger holds a master degree from Loyola Marymount University in the area of Educational Psychology with an emphasis of the Learning Disabled. She also holds a Single Subject, Multiple Subject and Bilingual Cross Cultural Credentials from LMU.
